Here’s how to fix this problem:

Step 1. Press Windows Key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin) in Windows 10.
Step 2. In the Command Prompt, you copy and paste the following PowerShell command:
PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command “& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + ‘\AppxManifest.xml’ ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}”
Step 3. Then you tap Enter.
Step 4. Lastly, you restart your computer.
