Method 1. Delete Default Folder

Step 1. Press Ctrl + R to refresh your page
Step 2. In the command, you type
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\
and tap Enter.
Step 3. Then, you close Chrome browser.
Step 4. Now, a new window appears. You need to locate the folder named Default. Backup this folder anywhere else. Then delete it.

Method 2: Change / Flush or Reset DNS and Internet Settings

Step 1. First of all, navigate to Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections.
Step 2. Then find your connection name and right-click it, then click Properties.
Step 3. Next, you click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
Step 4. Now you mark Use the following DNS server addresses. Then set DNS address as 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
Step 5. Reconnect your internet connection and check what happens.
